We are quite busy at The Point, and strongly encourage booking well in advance. We would be happy to take deposit for an upcoming stay this year or for years to come. If you have a particular room you adore or are thinking about buying out the entire property for a special celebration or get together, the farther in advance you are able to book the greater the chance we will have the availability you are looking for.
The nightly rates are all-inclusive for two adults, with carte blanche use of sports equipment and facilities, all gourmet meals, afternoon tea, wines and spirits. In addition to the rate there is a 20% resort charge, New York State tax of 8% and a Franklin County occupancy tax of 5%. These are 2017 rates and are subject to change without notice.

Reservations are required, as we do not accept drop-ins. To make a reservation please telephone our office at 1-800-255-3530, email us at email@example.com or book online. If you are able to call us directly, which we hope you do, we can hold the space requested for 24 hours, by which time we must receive a deposit of $500 per day per room, or the reservation will have to be voided to make room for others.
Upon receipt of your deposit, we will confirm your reservation by e-mailing (or mail if you prefer) you a confirmation letter and bill for the balance, which is due 60 days prior to your arrival. The balance due will be automatically applied to the credit card we have on file and at that time your reservation becomes non-cancelable and non-refundable. Should you wish to change that credit card please contact our office prior to the balance due date. If the balance has not been received by that date, the reservation will be canceled, and the deposit will be non-refundable. In the event that your reservation is made within the 60 days, the reservation must be paid in full and is then non-refundable and non-cancelable. Please note: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express Cards. This makes the booking procedure much easier, as we can do it all by telephone.
Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation leaves us little chance of filling the reserved space due to our remote location. For these reasons, we uphold a strict cancellation policy. Your funds, less $200 per room booked, will be happily refunded if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to arrival. After that, no refund is possible regardless of the reason for non-arrival or early departure, unless we are able to rebook the space. However, you are welcome to send someone else in your place.
